Comprehensive description: Heat-weldable sterilization rollers are available in widths of 5 cm – 45 cm. These rollers are made of multi-layer PET/PP transparent medical film on the top layer, heat sealed to medical paper. The main advantage of using these sterilization reels compared to bags is that the reels can be cut as per the size of the packed instrument and it is possible to customize the length of the bag as per the length of the instrument. Medical paper is porous in nature and can be penetrated by ethylene oxide gas, steam or EO which can be used to sterilize the medical instruments packed in these reels. . Product information and sterilization indicators for steam and/or ethylene oxide are printed on the paper surface of the sterilization rollers. All sterilization indicators give a clear and precise color change.
