Description

– The product is intended for use during dental treatment as a material for filling and reconstructing root canals.
– After mixing with BIO MTA + liquid, the working time is approx.
– 4 minutes, and the material is completely bound after approx. 2 hours.
– It has a demineralizing effect on the tooth tissue due to the high content of calcium ions.
– Silico-calcium compounds support tissue reconstruction after wall perforation and intracanal resorption. In addition, the BIO MTA + product contains hydroxyapatite, which is a natural component of bone, thanks to which the product perfectly integrates into its structure.
– BIO MTA + is recommended especially in cases of:
– Perforation of the root canal walls.
– Intra-canal resorption.
– Filling of the retrograde root apex.
– Direct pulp capping.
– Pulp amputation.
– Treatment of teeth with incomplete root development.
– BIO MTA + should not be used as an independent permanent root canal filling.
– After mixing, the BIO MTA + product is characterized by an extremely plastic, compact consistency, it is not loose, it stays on the tool. As a result, the application of BIO MTA + material is much easier compared to traditional MTA materials.
